- Add some plants to bring life to the property. It is amazing what a few plants can do to the look and feel of a room. If you want some more life in a room, add some plants, even if they are fake.
- Consider painting a wall or two. You will want to check with your lease but if you can paint the walls, as long as you repaint them the generic color upon move-out, do it! You may want to consider just painting an accent wall for a few rooms.
